Recipe: Tahini Lemon

With it’s creamy texture and zesty tang, this Tahini Lemon is a staple sauce recipe that goes well with just about any vegetable!

Served on the menu at Barrenjoey House Palm Beach with our charred greens and a drizzle of parsley oil, it’s the perfect side to enjoy with
fresh seafood during the warmer months, or a roast dinner in winter!

INGREDIENTS

Tahini 180g

Water 100ml

Lemon Juice 80ml

Olive Oil 60ml

Salt 6g

METHOD

Blend tahini, water and salt.

Gradually add lemon and oil whilst blending.

Serving suggestion:

Serve sauce with charred green vegetables and a drizzle of parsley oil.
