Manly Pavilion offers a relaxed, approachable bar and restaurant dining space on our upper level. On one side of this level is our Heritage Room with beautifully vibrant wallpaper dressing the walls. Although a bold choice, the wallpaper we selected is unique and locally made by Walter.G. It brings a great feel to the room and ties in nicely with the design and coastal theme of the venue.

Scattered throughout the venue are our custom design lamp shades and pillows. These pieces are the bold and beautiful of Manly Pavilion, bringing a bright and vibrant feel to the space. These particular prints were selected to create a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere for all who visit. If you’re wanting to recreate a similar look and theme in your own home, our custom design items are available in store and online at Boathouse Home.

Familiar to those who have visited Barrenjoey House Palm Beach and The Boathouse Rose Bay Restaurant are the iconic shell mirrors. These show stopping pieces we simply couldn’t resist featuring throughout Manly Pavilion. Made in Australia, these mirrors are admired by all who visit and are perfect when it comes to filling empty spaces and adding that unique touch to our coastal venues. Although not as large as the ones in-venue, you can browse the smaller shell mirror collections in store at Boathouse Home.

Manly Pavilion has beautifully high ceilings and lengthy corridors which from a design point of view meant there was so much that could be done to fill the space. Traditional Boathouse style, we chose to layer the interior of the building with our floating glass buoys and crab baskets. These iconic pieces are seen throughout the majority of our seaside venues and are available for purchase in store at Boathouse Home.

If you’ve already visited Manly Pavilion or are planning on visiting shortly, you may notice a common theme of shells used across both our venue and branding. In particular, the pecten shell which we have incorporated into the interior design aspect of Manly Pavilion, welcoming a coastal, beach-like atmosphere. This compliments the buildings heritage and history of Manly Bathers Pavilion.
