The ‘Merinda II’ is a fifty foot timber passenger ferry, built by Norman Wright + Sons in 1983. Boathouse Ferry Co. began operating the ferry in November
2021.
The route
The ferry travels from Palm Beach wharf, located off Barrenjoey Road in Palm Beach, and onwards to Patonga, effectively linking the Northern Beaches with the Central Coast.
Please note, we welcome dogs aboard the ferry!

All ferry tickets are available for purchase on board only.

- One way: $15
- Return: $25
- Concession one way: $12.50
- Concession return: $20
